- Providing a range of leadership services, including the review and supervision of month-end close processes and support for accounting operations;
- Translating client challenges into opportunities for tactical improvement and developing requirements from a strategic perspective;
- Advising and supporting clients on various projects, such as year-end closings, mergers and acquisitions processes, system changes, and the review of internal procedures and processes;
- Preparing and implementing financial reports, including budgets, performance indicators, and dashboards;
- Managing client cash flows and ensuring effective cost control;
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members;
- Monitoring the progress of ongoing engagements while identifying opportunities to address additional client needs; and
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members to foster collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting option or other accounting training.
- 5 to 7 years of consulting experience having managed Finance transformation or process improvement projects
- Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in both English and French, as we serve unilingual English-speaking clients.
