This is an opportunity to join the Canada Retirement team at Manulife. The CRM is a key field office relationship management role supporting the overall client experience and retention of corporate clients at their place of business. The CRM is accountable to support the sales team by participating in formal and informal presentations promoting our capabilities and services to both new and existing clients. While accountable to support the sales team, this is not a sales position.CRM will interact with plan sponsors and plan consultants/advisors explaining our products, tools and services. The incumbent is also responsible for plan changes working with other teams to facilitate amendments, fund changes, fee negotiations and education needs for the management of an existing block of business through post-sale service satisfaction, resulting in high client retention for Canada Retirement.Manulife Canada Retirement division is a leading provider of group retirement savings plans for businesses across Canada.
