About This RoleAs a Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across the North America cluster. You'll support payroll operations through data validation, payroll result reviews, and employee and manager inquiries. This role contributes to the development and maintenance of payroll systems and documentation, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including HR, Finance, and third-party vendors.A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience with HighLine ePersonality, as it is central to the payroll processing environment. Your expertise with this system will be essential in managing time data, resolving payroll issues, and ensuring smooth operations across the cluster.What You Will Work On
Execute payroll transactions including data entry, mass uploads, and time system inquiries.
Review, analyze, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle complex payroll issues related to time entries and evaluations.
Maintain payroll documentation and contribute to SOPs and work instructions.
Collaborate with Time Coordinators and mentor Payroll Coordinators.
Support time-related initiatives and special projects.
Ensure payroll execution aligns with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Develop and review performance metrics to drive process improvements.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to improve service levels and escalate issues as needed.
Promote a positive and professional work environment.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Canadian Payroll.
Hands-on experience with HighLine ePersonality is required.
Working knowledge of payroll processes, controls, and compliance.
Experience with MyCanadianPlace.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Familiarity with payroll applications and service providers.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in payroll-related projects.
Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Willingness to travel up to 5%.
