- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with developing, User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), business finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in one or multiple of the following areas: digital advertising, abuse and fraud prevention, risk management, privacy, integrity or cybersecurity, management consulting.
- Experience for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.
- Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices.
- Support new products, ad formats and policy launches to de-risk the ads ecosystem.
- Conceive and launch new and scalable enforcement mechanisms, and together with developing take them from concept to test to production.
- Collaborate with Trust and Safety, Business, Legal and other teams in investigating and addressing new abuse trends.
- Explore innovative techniques that increase automation and precision of our protections.
- Be a spokesperson and ambassador for the team both internally and externally.
