Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Bilingual Banking Officer to join our client.Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $22 per hour
Location: Montréal, QC
Location Type: Hybrid; onsite twice a week
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 8 PM (Must be available to cover different shift hours on a rotation model)Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing calls from both internal and external partners, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, resolve complaints with composure, and collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure exceptional caller experience.
  • Work towards meeting specific performance targets, including call handling time and caller satisfaction.
  • Staying informed on the latest product knowledge and procedures will be essential to succeed in this role.
  • Confirming requests, Strong attention to detail and accuracy and Meeting SLAs.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English and French) - read, write, speak
  • Banking Operations experience
  • Documentation review experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Real estate sector experience an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (written &verbal) in both French and English
  • Active listening skills are essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic Computer Skills (MS Office) and MS Suites - Basic
  • Customer service (high volume / retail customer facing)
  • Resourceful, finding information, using tools provided effectively, inquisitive, strong problem-solving skills
