- Reporting to the Manager, Member Engagement, you will support the execution and measurement of AMA’s marketing communications by:
- Supporting the scheduling, deployment, and reporting of omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and other digital channels.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of campaigns that span multiple touchpoints.
- Helping prepare and QA campaign assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conducting research and drafting copy to support campaign development.
- Coordinating with internal partners and external vendors as needed.
- Reviewing campaign results and contributing to performance reporting.
- Suggesting ideas to improve campaign relevance, experience design, or operational processes.
- Staying up to date with marketing processes, tools, and best practices.
- Completion of at least one year of a post-secondary Marketing or related program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer and stakeholder mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms and tools.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, channels, and ways of working.
- Interest in digital and omnichannel marketing, not just individual tactics.
