How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Create communications plans and develop supporting materials.
  • Research, write and edit stories of interest to staff and members.
  • Edit content to ensure quality, effectiveness, and consistency across various channels.
  • Support the production and publishing of internal communication strategies including an employee newsletter, employee reports, and intranet.
  • Support the planning and execution of external communications strategies including emails, letters, newsletters, and web articles.
  • Produce social media content, monitor channels, and resolve complaints.
  • Assist with media relations and tracking media coverage.
What You Bring to the Table
  • You have completed, or are in the process of completing a post-secondary diploma or degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You know your way around various social media platforms and keep up with social media trends.
