- Create communications plans and develop supporting materials.
- Research, write and edit stories of interest to staff and members.
- Edit content to ensure quality, effectiveness, and consistency across various channels.
- Support the production and publishing of internal communication strategies including an employee newsletter, employee reports, and intranet.
- Support the planning and execution of external communications strategies including emails, letters, newsletters, and web articles.
- Produce social media content, monitor channels, and resolve complaints.
- Assist with media relations and tracking media coverage.
- You have completed, or are in the process of completing a post-secondary diploma or degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You know your way around various social media platforms and keep up with social media trends.
