With the recent acquisitions and continued expansion across our group, we are seeking a Director of Sales (Portfolio Companies) to unify, professionalize, and scale sales across all operating businesses.Role OverviewThe Director of Sales is responsible for owning and overseeing all sales strategy, execution, and performance across Elevate Service Group’s operating companies.This role operates at the holding company level, working directly with each portfolio company’s leadership to:Drive revenue growthStandardize sales processes and reportingBuild scalable sales infrastructureIdentify and unlock cross-selling and enterprise opportunitiesThis is a hands-on leadership role suited for a sales executive who can operate both strategically and tactically in a multi-business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Sales LeadershipOwn overall sales performance across all portfolio companiesEstablish consistent sales goals, forecasting, and accountability across businessesAlign sales efforts with Elevate’s growth, margin, and acquisition strategyAct as the senior sales leader supporting presidents / GMs of each operating companySales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement scalable sales strategies tailored to each business while maintaining consistency where appropriateIdentify target customer segments, pricing strategies, and growth opportunitiesDrive new customer acquisition, account expansion, and enterprise relationshipsSupport major deals, strategic accounts, and complex negotiationsProcess, Systems & ReportingDesign and standardize sales processes, pipelines, and KPIs across portfolio companiesImplement or optimize CRM usage, forecasting discipline, and reporting cadenceEnsure leadership has clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performanceTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop sales leaders and individual contributors across the groupAssess existing sales talent and make recommendations on hiring, structure, or performance improvementsEstablish performance expectations, compensation alignment, and incentive structuresCross-Portfolio Growth & SynergiesIdentify cross-selling and bundled service opportunities across portfolio companiesCoordinate enterprise or multi-location customers that may benefit from multiple Elevate offeringsSupport integration of newly acquired businesses from a sales perspectiveCollaboration with Operations & FinancePartner with operations teams to ensure sales commitments align with delivery capabilitiesWork with finance to support forecasting, pricing discipline, margin targets, and revenue planningProvide sales insights to inform acquisition strategy and due diligence for future roll-upsExperience & Background Requirements10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, a proven sales leader with experience overseeing multiple business units or product linesExperience in B2B services, manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors preferredTrack record of building and scaling sales teams and systems. You have a strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on when neededExperience working with CRM systems, forecasting models, and KPI-driven sales management. You are data-driven, disciplined, and process-orientedExposure to M&A integration or multi-company environments is a strong asset.
