- Drive sales of current programs in collaboration with banners and category managers.
- Develop a category management strategy to accelerate organic growth of our current programs.
- Category development and extension of current programs / new products.
- Development of new projects with major Canadian food chains.
- In partnership with Operations, plan category-specific product needs and monitor forecasts.
- Analyze monthly sales and present key information to the team.
- Prepare and execute business reviews with category managers, including short, medium, and long-term objectives for program development.
- Monitor key account plans and objectives, achieving net sales and budgeted cost targets.
- Provide industry, economic, and competitive information to assist in the development of sales and marketing programs.
- Full-time / hybrid work / immediate start.
- 4 weeks of vacations
- Salary: Base + incentives (to be discussed).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development and category management within the Canadian food retail market.
