- Assess risk factors and plan assurance engagements, including time estimates (budgets)
- Coordinate with clients and monitor engagements by properly delegating and supervising
execution
- Review engagements according to established quality standards (compliance with standards, quality of
documentation)
- Review tax returns (T1-T2-T3)
- Submit and explain review notes so they are resolved in a timely manner
- Review and submit engagements for quality control
- Identify client needs and opportunities to offer new services
- Act as a resource person for the partner, clients, and employees
- Coordinate actions to be taken with various stakeholders (clients, work team, QC, government, bank, etc.)
- Determine time budgets to complete assignments
- Plan, Organize, monitor, and evaluate assigned client assignments
- Manage, supervise, train, and evaluate assigned employees
- Participate in selection processes, identify and assess potential by acting as a mentor
- Make well-founded, timely decisions within the limits of your authority and inform the partner
