- Manage excavation, shoring, concrete, piling, formwork, and structural trades, along with other supporting trades involved during the structural build
- Coordinate sequencing and schedules during critical structural phases
- Enforce safety policies and quality standards on site
- Identify constructability and design issues early and support resolution
- Work closely with engineers, consultants, and inspection teams
- Maintain site documentation, inspections, and reports
- Support the transition from structural to interior phases
- Trade background or construction related education preferred
- 8 plus years of experience in structural construction
- 8 plus years of experience working on residential or commercial tower projects
- Proven experience leading the concrete scope on residential or commercial towers
- Experience on residential, multi family, or commercial projects
- Familiar with complex structural systems and sequencing
- Strong understanding of concrete, formwork, piling, earthworks, and structural systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Confident leading multiple trades and crews
- Strong coordination and decision making skills
- Clear communicator with site teams and consultants
- Organized approach to scheduling and site control
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to manage pressure during critical path activities
- Procore
- Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
- Microsoft Excel
- Digital drawings, RFIs, and site documentation systems
