- Developing a program approach to our platform migrations to improve the team's ability to manage workload, support customer deliverables and maintain balance for health and well-being
- Pivot and execute on this large strategic program to support teams in maintaining & tracking our overall progress of sunset activities
- Achieving success through program consistency, while supporting continuous improvement opportunities of business process and practices
- Prioritizing program activities of the highest corporate wide significance and impact
- Collaborating with key business partners, including Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Data Migration, Product Management and Customer Success to achieve a high quality program tied to the customer's journey
- Works with the Project Manager for the execution of projects and its impact on the program
- Execute program plans (quality, risk, communication) to align the program outcomes with stakeholder expectations and standards
- Monitor cost, schedule and technical performance of component projects and operations
- Develops the Program Plan with the team and supports the team's performance on go live commitments
- Ensure control of projects dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change
- Communicate program details effectively and effectively communicates with internal teams and external stakeholders
- With 5 - 7 years leading cross functional programs and stakeholder groups
- With a bachelor degree from an accredited university in Information Systems, Health Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent experience or education is required
- With project management methodologies, principles and practices, and ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities combined with strong organization and time management skills
- The ability to work effectively with various levels of management across cross functional teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), collaborative, presentations and facilitation skills
- Suburb customer service orientation, with experience handling client expectations
- A fast self-learner with exceptional follow-through
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP)
