- Partner closely with operations teams to understand business needs, document current and future state processes, and design custom PowerApps solutions that align with functional and strategic requirements
- Lead the full end-to-end development lifecycle for Power Platform initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization
- Configure and customize Power Platform components to support operational objectives and enhance overall efficiency across business units
- Conduct thorough system testing, prepare and deliver user training, and support change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new digital solutions
- Provide ongoing solution support, optimization, and troubleshooting while continuously identifying opportunities for enhancements
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in solution design, development methodology, and delivery quality
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in developing sophisticated, custom PowerApps solutions that address complex business needs
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee and manage the full implementation lifecycle of digital solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are considered highly advantageous
