We're always searching the globe for innovative, collaborative minds to join our best-in-class Aecon community!Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative custom solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. This position requires a seasoned professional with proven expertise in building robust PowerApps applications and leveraging the broader Power Platform ecosystem to drive meaningful operational improvements and organizational transformation.What You'll Do Here:

Partner closely with operations teams to understand business needs, document current and future state processes, and design custom PowerApps solutions that align with functional and strategic requirements
Lead the full end-to-end development lifecycle for Power Platform initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization
Configure and customize Power Platform components to support operational objectives and enhance overall efficiency across business units
Conduct thorough system testing, prepare and deliver user training, and support change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new digital solutions
Provide ongoing solution support, optimization, and troubleshooting while continuously identifying opportunities for enhancements
Stay informed on emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in solution design, development methodology, and delivery quality

What You Bring to the Team:

Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint is required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in developing sophisticated, custom PowerApps solutions that address complex business needs
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee and manage the full implementation lifecycle of digital solutions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are considered highly advantageous

Salary range: The expected salary for this position is $60,000 - 72,000.
