- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category teams to provide financial insight and decision support.
- Lead analysis on pricing, promotions, trade spend, and customer profitability.
- Support annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning for commercial channels.
- Translate business drivers into financial outcomes, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.
- Evaluate product and channel performance, including volume, revenue, gross margin, and trade investment impacts.
- Develop tools, models, and analytics to support commercial strategy and performance improvement.
- Enhance forecasting accuracy through data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
- Analyze trade investment effectiveness and ROI to support optimized spend allocation.
- Support Sales Finance with customer-level P& Ls and post-promotion evaluations.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies and promotional planning cycles.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and systems.
- Support automation, dashboarding, and data integrity initiatives within finance.
- CPA, designation or pursuit of is an asset.
- 3–6+ years of progressive finance experience from within CPG, retail, food & beverage, or other consumer-centric industries.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with trade spend analysis and customer profitability an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a strong advantage.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, communicate financial insights clearly, and influence decision-making.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing priorities.
- Exposure to commercial strategy and growth-driving initiatives.
