Salary: $90,000 to $110,000Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day coordination, supervision, and quality control of residential construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all work is performed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship. The Site Supervisor will act as the primary onsite contact for project managers, trades, suppliers, and inspectors, fostering a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.What You Will Do:Project Execution & SchedulingManage and oversee daily construction activities from excavation to final handover.Coordinate trades, deliveries, and inspections to maintain timelines.Track progress against schedules, proactively addressing delays and resolving issues.Complete daily logs and scheduling updates using Buildertrend.Quality Control & StandardsEnforce construction quality standards, specifications, and compliance with codes.Conduct scheduled quality inspections, ensuring deficiencies are promptly resolved.Site Coordination & CommunicationAct as the primary onsite contact for trades, suppliers, and clients.Maintain consistent communication with the Project Manager and head office.Facilitate and document site meetings as required.Health & SafetyEnsure a safe worksite through hazard assessments and enforcement of OH&S regulations.Perform daily safety inspections and foster a strong safety culture among workers.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate daily site logs (work completed, site visitors, inspections, incidents).Report progress, delays, and issues to project managers and leadership.Assist with change orders and documentation of site instructions.Trade & Material ManagementCoordinate and oversee trade partners to ensure quality and timely completion.Verify that materials delivered align with specifications and project requirements.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite while minimizing waste.What You Need:5+ years of residential construction experience, ideally in custom home building.Proven experience overseeing projects from foundation through occupancy.Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized with keen attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.Proficiency with construction management software, MS Office, and digital reporting tools.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on architecturally distinctive, high-quality construction projects.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Paid time off, vision and dental coverage, company events, on-site parking.
