Project Value: $20–$50M | Compensation: Competitive salary $130,000 - $150,000The OpportunityHit the open road and spend two years in the mountains leading a high-end commercial renovation. You’ll own the site from mobilization to turnover—driving schedule, safety, quality, and coordination on a complex conversion/renovation/tenant improvement/fit-up project.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day site operations from ground-break to closeoutBuild and drive the master and 3-week look-ahead schedules; anticipate roadblocksDirect trade partners with clear, safety-first leadership and tight quality controlCoordinate site logistics, deliveries, inspections, and change workMaintain documentation (daily reports, site photos, RFIs coordination with PM team)Champion safety culture and enforce company and regulatory standardsHand over a clean, complete project—on time and on specWhat You Bring5+ years in a Superintendent role with a reputable General ContractorFull-cycle delivery of commercial or residential conversion/renovation/TI/fit-up projects in the $20–$50M rangeProven track record managing schedules, trades, and site logistics on active/occupied or complex interiorsStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership under pressureRed Seal or Gold Seal certification preferred (other safety tickets an asset)Willingness to travel and remain onsite for the duration of the assignmentWhy JoinLead a high-end hospitality/hotel renovation in a mountain settingBacking from a solid GC with resources and supportCompetitive salary with a comprehensive total-rewards packageTwo years of mountain views?
