- Manage inbound calls and emails from clients, brokers, and legal partners.
- Prepare mortgage funding and payout documentation.
- Support a small, close-knit admin team with general office duties, scanning, and filing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, accurate administrative support across departments.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or related field.
- Previous office experience (financial services or mortgage industry an asset).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
