- Continually promote and educate National Systems Integrators (NSI) within assigned region
- Identify and explore means and opportunities to expand the presence of Axis with assigned NSI's
- Maintain fluid and proactive relations with NSI's within assigned region
- Communicate program updates, and collaborate with the sales regions to develop strategies for regional NSI's to be more effective
- Work with the Regional Sales Managers to make local contact and events, building local relationships
- Support and provide account reporting for the Americas and Global Accounts teams
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Strong account management and teambuilding skills with particular focus on strategic planning and execution
- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Charismatic disposition with high diplomacy skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Technical product knowledge
- Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in related industry
- 5+ years in Information Technology / Security sales market
- 5+ years experience with distribution channels and models
- Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs.
- Expected travel time for this position is approximately 50-75%.
