They also address facility-related concerns and support continuous improvements to housing infrastructure.Essential Job FunctionsTrack and prioritize maintenance requests and follow upsCoordinate with Facilities and third-party tradesSupport inspections, safety checks and asset trackingProvide input for capital upgrades and preventative maintenanceEnsure compliance with OH&S safety standards and all housing-related legal requirementsRequired Qualifications and AbilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent.Compensation and Benefits
