
Senior OSS/BSS Application Specialist

- Configure, customize, and maintain OSS/BSS modules such as order management, inventory management, service fulfillment, and billing.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and release deployments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support integration between OSS/BSS applications and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, network management platforms).
- Analyze and enhance workflows to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate with vendor support teams to resolve issues and manage change requests.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
- Support user training and onboarding activities.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the support and/or implementation of Netcracker OSS/BSS applications.
- A strong understanding of telecom business processes (order to cash, service provisioning, customer lifecycle management).
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), as well as UNIX/Linux environments, and shell scripting.
- Some experience with integration technologies including SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience using ITSM tools.
- Experience with network inventory and resource modeling within Netcracker.
- knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a bonus.
