The position offers significant career advancement potential and a clear path toward future ownership.What You'll Be Doing:Leading and mentoring a high-performing group of engineers and technical staffDriving a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and exceptional client careOverseeing the day-to-day delivery of geotechnical services across active projectsManaging project resourcing, scheduling, and quality control processesActing as a trusted advisor to real estate and development clientsBuilding and expanding client relationships and driving new businessCollaborating with internal teams to support cross-functional opportunitiesTracking performance metrics, managing budgets, and identifying margin improvementsOverseeing investigations, design, and technical reportingRepresenting the company in industry forums and promoting technical excellenceWhat You'll Need to Be Successful:Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological EngineeringP.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility for registration)8+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical consulting, including team leadershipStrong business acumen and client relationship management experienceProficiency in geotechnical modeling and design toolsA strategic mindset with a passion for growing and developing high-performing teams
