About the role:We're looking for an entrepreneurial, technically-minded Product Manager to take one of our largest and fastest-growing businesses - - to the next level. This is a high-ownership role launching new safety products for our customers, leveraging data from our millions of deployed devices.The Safety team is pioneering the application of AI to make physical operations safer at global scale. We build intelligent systems that combine computer vision, sensor data, road context, and behavioral patterns to detect risk and prevent accidents before they happen for some of the largest fleets in the world. In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge VLMs and LLMs to rapidly expand our understanding of the road and unlock new business opportunities. You'll be empowered to experiment boldly, challenge conventional thinking, and demonstrate the transformative potential of AI tools across the organization.We're looking for someone with a high degree of customer-obsession and a passion for changing the physical world. The ideal candidate has spent time as a founder or early startup engineer / PM with experience applying AI/ML to solve customer problems, and has deeply integrated AI tools into their daily workflows. You'll collaborate closely with our dedicated teams in Engineering and Design, as well as work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to propel the next wave of growth for our video-based safety product.Our ambitions for this product are high, and we're excited to invite you to join us!This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Canada.In this role, you will:
  • Work with our talented engineering teams to launch new products to help drive a fast-growing, at-scale business with $1 Billion+ in ARR.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their business, their product feedback, and inform our roadmap.
  • Identify new product opportunities and own them from concept to launch.
  • Lead by example in using AI tools to accelerate product development, customer research, and decision-making
  • Partner with our Sales team to help close strategic customer accounts as needed.

Minimum requirements for the role:
  • 2+ years in a product management or product-oriented engineering role.
  • Demonstrated experience and passion working on products that leverage AI/ML/CV.
  • Strong technical background, ability to grasp technical concepts, and establish credibility with engineers.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action - you'd rather try something and learn than wait for perfect information
  • Experience using LLMs/VLMs to enhance your own productivity and problem-solving approach
  • Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality product experiences on tight timelines and in line with our business aspirations.
An ideal candidate also has:
  • Entrepreneurial experience.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field.
  • Deep experience creating and growing products leveraging video data.
  • Examples of how you've used AI tools to solve problems in creative ways.
  • Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, physical operations, or on products with a vertically integrated hardware + software stack.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS products and working with B2B sales teams.
