- Learn how product features and workflows function by working directly with Product and Development teams.
- Create product documentation and training content that explains system behavior, user workflows, and feature capabilities.
- Develop instructional and walkthrough videos using screen capture and voiceover to demonstrate product functionality.
- Participate in feature reviews, sprint demos, or working sessions to gather firsthand knowledge of new functionality.
- Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to validate technical accuracy and ensure content reflects intended product behavior.
- Support training and documentation teams by developing assets used in formal courses, onboarding, or release enablement materials.
- Review new or updated product features and identify areas where documentation or training content is needed.
- Help update and maintain existing documentation or training content as features evolve.
- Organize technical notes, requirements, and source materials to support content development.
- Apply structured feedback from engineers, product owners, and trainers to refine content.
- Assist with documenting internal content standards, templates, and repeatable workflows.
- Explore tools and approaches (including AI‑assisted tools) that support efficient technical content creation.
- Collaborate across teams to help ensure consistent terminology and understanding between engineering, training, and learning materials.
- Interest in how software products are built, function, and are used by customers.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and ask thoughtful questions to deepen that understanding.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in explaining complex ideas clearly and accurately.
- Comfort working with detailed information, step‑by‑step workflows, and system behavior.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and trainers.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and documentation methods with guidance from the team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing longer‑term assignments.
- Knowledge of Financial industry
- Coursework in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Experience explaining technical topics through class projects, labs, tutoring, or documentation.
- Interest in user workflows, system behavior, or how features are designed and implemented.
- Exposure to documentation, screen capture, or instructional content creation tools.
- Familiarity with versioned content, iterative revisions, or working with evolving requirements.
- Curiosity about how training and documentation impact product adoption and user success.
- Understand product features and workflows by engaging directly with engineers and product teams.
- Translate technical system behavior into clear documentation and effective training content.
- Create instructional videos that demonstrate product features and real‑world user scenarios.
- Support product releases by developing enablement materials aligned to launch timelines.
