Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, verifies, washes, decontaminates and sterilizes various instruments and apparatus. Maintains equipment and ensures cleanliness of work area.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Taking reagent, material, and equipment orders from students and postdocs in the lab.
  • Placing these orders.
  • Inventory of lab items and catalogs lab material/reagents/equipment.
  • Inventory tracking in Quartzy
  • Filing expense reports.
  • PCard reconciliation and record keeping.
  • Vendor reconciliation.
  • Expense tracking using the university financial statements.
  • Forecasting expenses
