Our client, a leading manufacturer of electric and electronic products located in Scarborough, ON is looking for Data Entry Administrator. This role focuses on accurate data entry, order processing, inventory tracking, and customer support while working closely with logistics and planning to keep operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our Supply Chain Operations team. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in office, and 2 days at home.Job Type: 6 month contractLocation: Scarborough, ONPay Rate: $27.00/hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm OR 9:00am to 5:00pmWhat You'll Do:
  • Perform accurate data entry across systems (majority of the role)
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and updates while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Track and verify inventory levels and support logistics needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage daily inventory calls/orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply chain challenges
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or customer service (industrial/manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve proactively, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAGE X3 an asset); knowledge of HVAC is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with cross- reference system
  • This role requires comfort with a minimum of 6-7 inventory inquiry calls and 6-7 large-line-item orders daily, with occasional backlog management during peak seasons
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
