- Maintain and update the Qualifications Repository to support Federal compliance and bid readiness.
- Manage the Resumes Repository, ensuring accuracy, currency, and alignment with Federal submission requirements.
- Maintain the Pricing Database, supporting consistency and integrity of pricing inputs across pursuits.
- Maintain the Contracts Database and key contract summaries to support governance, reporting, and account intelligence.
- Ensure version control, data integrity, and quality assurance across all content repositories.
- Capture, organize, and maintain win/loss and debrief information following Federal pursuits.
- Support structured analysis of debrief insights to identify trends, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure knowledge assets are searchable, current, and accessible to pursuit and account teams.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Federal Government CoE.
- Coordinate with pursuit managers, proposal teams, and subject matter experts to source, manage, and update content repository.
- Support reporting, tracking, and data requests related to Federal pursuits, pricing, and contracts.
- Enable timely turnaround of proposal content and compliance materials.
- Receive training on the Federal Government CoE Pursuit Coordinator role.
- Provide backup and surge support for pursuit intake, coordination, and administrative activities as required.
- Support opportunity tracking and coordination during vacation and leave.
- Experience in content management, knowledge management, operations, or administrative support roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple repositories and data sources simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with document management systems and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
- Exposure to Federal Government procurement, proposals, or contracts.
- Basic analytical skills to organize, interpret, and maintain structured data.
- College or university degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
