It is our mission to support them in their discovery of knowledge.We help our clients find industry experts who can provide their knowledge via interview or survey: we curate this knowledge in a market-leading software platform; and we help clients surface knowledge they already have through expansive knowledge management.The RoleWe are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our successful Surveys Team. As a valued member of our team, you will report to our Survey Team leader and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients and vendors.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and driving the success of survey projects. You will achieve this by effectively liaising with clients and vendors to ensure that project deliverables align with clients' specific requirements and adhere to predetermined timelines.This is an excellent opportunity for a client-centric individual to join our team in Toronto or Raleigh. In this role, you will have the chance to build, maintain, and manage relationships with our key clients, which will contribute to the overall success and consistency of our Survey function.   • Handling the end-to-end delivery of multiple revenue generating survey projects, driving their overall success while creating a top-quality experience for each client
  • Acting as primary point of contact with clients on projects, managing client expectations and promptly addressing any questions or queries
  • Actively problem-solving any potential blockers to ensure projects remain on track and are successfully delivered
  • Monitors and maintains survey data on each project, conducting thorough data cleans throughout fieldwork to uphold data integrity
  • Collaborating with internal programmers and managing external panel partners to ensure surveys are launched and fulfilled within client deadlines, to specification
  • Working in partnership with the global Survey Team to understand our clients’ needs and to deliver project excellence
Requirements
  • Experience working and communicating with external stakeholders, with a strong track record of delivering to stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Effective project management skills - can demonstrate meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
  • Experience juggling a large number of projects simultaneously with multiple moving pieces whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Can use strong communication skills to speak clearly and take a constructive approach when in pressurised situations, working collaboratively with other stakeholders to find solutions, whether clients, vendors or fellow team members
  • Ability to promptly spot data inconsistencies or mistakes and quickly resolve any data issues
  • Experience interpreting, sorting and filtering data in Excel
  • Experience within market research - managing projects, delivering to client deadlines, working with internal teams and with external vendors
  • High sense of urgency and a bias for action when problem solving
