
Sr. Process Analyst

- Reviewing existing work processes and organizational structure
- Mapping existing processes and developing and mapping recommended new processes, changes
- Analyzing business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows
- Providing advice on key initiatives that enable the organization to deploy high-impact business processes that are focused, accountable and measurable
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to understand current processes, pain points and Documenting workflow
- Analyzing existing business processes, identifying Opportunities for process improvements (experience with technology enable changed desired)
- Identifying candidate processes for re-design
- Analysis of data, identification of key performance Indicators to define adoption monitoring and/or benefits realization
- Prototyping potential solutions, scenarios, providing trade off information and suggesting a recommended course of action
- Providing advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions
- Identifying and providing preliminary costs of potential options
- Providing advice in developing and integrating process and Information models between processes to eliminate information and process redundancies
- Analyzing and defining business processes related to both "As Is" and "To Be" status
- Identifying, recommending and planning new processes
- Providing advice on and/or assisting in implementing new processes
- Identifying the required modifications to the automated processes
- Using business, workflow and organizational tools
- Developing policies, procedures and guidelines
- Conducting reviews and developing implementation strategies
- Advising HR groups and Information Technology (IT) groups on discipline requirements
- Developing training and information sessions and mentoring on business processes
- Apply business insight to support training on new processes and implementations
- Monitor Change Adoption and mitigate issues
- Liaise with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve questions
- University degree in Business, Finance, Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar quantitative discipline
- 4-6 years of experience working with clients or companies/firms in tax, assurance, audit, management consulting, financial services, IT or similar industry
- Completion of 3-6 projects involving process design, process mapping, business architecture, business or functional requirements
- Lean Six Sigma certification (White, Yellow, Green Belt)
- Business Process Management Certification
- Strong technical writing skills for processes, status updates, executive summaries, reports and/or presentations
- Proficient in various tools for data analysis (e.g. Excel, SQL, PowerBI), document management (SharePoint, Teams), documentations and presentations (PowerPoint), or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills including processing unstructured data, business intelligence tools and techniques, validating findings, and assessing recommendations
- Organized and committed
- Take-charge attitude, anticipating tasks, confirming with project lead, and take charge
