- CFRE designation considered an asset.
- 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in fundraising operations, advancement services, campaign operations or a related field.
- Experience supporting major gift fundraising and campaign environments.
- Fundraising databases and reporting tools.
- Prospect research methods and resources.
- Campaign reporting, forecasting and analytics.
- Proposal development and fundraising communications.
- Project management and process coordination.
- CRM database, Microsoft Office suite, reporting and presentation tools.
- Strong organizational and execution skills.
- Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
