This role involves supporting, designing, and testing equipment used to validate spacecraft systems on the ground. Ideal for engineers with a strong background in electronics and lab-based testing.What you will be doing:Design and test non-flight hardware (EGSE)1/3 of the role is focused on supporting test systems and equipment1/3 is PCB design, including circuits for racks and instrumentationDevelop and follow test requirements, test matrices, and test plansUse and interpret results from test and measurement equipment:Network analyzers (VNA) – for RF and multi-port device testingAcquisition systems, metersDevelop expertise in measurements, especially for RF components like antennas and low-noise amplifiersWork with tools like ORCAD, Altium – open to various design toolsTechnical Areas:Power systemsLow-speed digitalNRF (Near-Field Radio Frequency)Spacecraft electronicsRF knowledge is highly preferredWhat you must have:3–5 years of experience (open to more senior candidates)Experience in test environments or test engineering companiesStrong lab skills and comfort with electronic instrumentationComfortable collaborating with design teamsFlexible, self-starting attitude (common in candidates from smaller companies)For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
