
Cybersecurity Sales Specialist II - Penetration Testing | Offensive Security Sales

- Generate and close new business across all market segments, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and strategic account development
- Develop long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Risk Officers, procurement teams)
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope engagements and develop winning proposals, while maintaining ownership of the sales process
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value
- Maintain disciplined Salesforce CRM hygiene ( SFDC) with accurate forecasting, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales success with consistent quota achievement in cybersecurity or penetration testing sales, particularly in offensive security (Red teaming and vulnerability assessments)
- Demonstrated track record selling complex, consultative solutions with deal sizes ranging from $15K to $100K
- Experience managing full sales cycles across multiple account sizes and industries
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST) and compliance requirements (SOC2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
- Ability to engage credibly with technical stakeholders while focusing on business outcomes and ROI
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and executive audiences
- Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce and/HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingualism (English and French) an asset
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or related field
