Keep reading to learn more!Please note the Loblaw hybrid work model is 4 days in officeSr. Product Manager, Store Technology Inventory & Operations | BramptonThe Sr. Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for technology solutions that optimize store inventory accuracy, streamline operational processes, and enhance labor efficiency across our retail network. This role will primarily focus on managing products related to the handheld experience, store task management, and productivity efficiencies.The Senior Product Manager bridges the gap between store operational needs, technology capabilities, and business objectives, working closely with store operations, cross functional IT development teams, sand external vendors to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. This role will also evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including agentic AI and intelligent automation, to improve store operations, task management, and overall labor efficiency.What You’ll Do:Define and own the product vision and strategy for store inventory management systems, including but not limiting to handheld device applications, task management platforms.Develop comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals for operational excellence, labor optimization, and colleague experience.Manage the discovery, development, and launch of new features and products that enhance inventory accuracy, improve task execution, and drive store efficiency.Partner with store operations and cross functional IT teams to gather requirements, design user flows, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of new technologies.Evaluate operational data, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in store processes.What You Bring:8–12+ years of experience in product management, retail technology, store operations, with a focus on in-store solutions.Deep understanding of retail store processes, including inventory management, task scheduling, merchandising, and back-of-house operations, combined with direct experience or deep understanding of retail technologies such as handheld devices, mobile applications, and computer vision/scanning.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.Demonstrated ability to oversee cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive product development from concept to launch, effectively communicating product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.Application of agentic AI or intelligent automation in retail operations, task management, or labor efficiency initiatives.If you’re up to the challenge, then we would love to hear from you.
