- Shift/Hours – Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 2:00 PM- On-site
- The full base salary range for this position is from $61,200 - $80,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
- Initial Posting Close Date – May 14th 2026
- This is a 12 month contract
- Daily warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation
- Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, and reconcile against SAP inventory levels
- Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
- Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system
- Identify and report close dated product
- Manage, conduct, document and report on inventory audits of the distribution centers, production centers, equipment service centers and fleet shops. Lead exit conferences with management
- Identify and communicate common control opportunities to various levels of Operational Unit Management and ensure action plans are obtainable, implemented and sustained
- Review and identify areas where Internal Controls can be improved or implemented at an appropriate cost/benefit relationship
- Become Subject Matter Expert on field level inventory Internal Controls in accordance with the Controls Policy and Procedures Manual
- Perform facility training on policies, procedures, and controls
- Manage annual independent inventory schedule for independent inventory counts for Cold Drink Equipment, Cold Drink Equipment Parts, Fleet Parts, Production Parts, Raw Materials, and Full Goods
- Manage schedule for inventory training requirements based on annual schedule or as identified based on inventory results
- Post-secondary education required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or Equivalent Business Experience preferred
- 1 + years' relevant experience required
- Experience in Manufacturing, or Distribution and Warehouse Operations, Finance or Accounting, or Audit Experience preferred
- Experience in a sales, distribution or warehousing environment preferred
- Supervisory experience (asset)
- CPA certification (asset)
- Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
