For this role, you can expect a salary between 65,000-80,000 annually, depending on experience. Please note that this role reports directly to the Global CEO.We are looking for a ‘maverick’, someone always seeking new ways to encourage clients and colleagues to establish, measure and deliver on ambitions for EDI. We are searching for an EDI specialist who has an innate understanding of how to embed EDI into the DNA of our company. You’re a trusted advisor, a bridge builder and you have your finger on the pulse of all things EDIOverall Responsibilities
  • Interact with internal stakeholders frequently, lead formal discussions on planning and delivery of initiatives on a weekly and monthly basis, and prepare plans and progress updates to senior management, when needed.
  • . Lead the end-to-end operational implementation of EDI initiatives, such as overseeing mentorship program, workshops and training, support for affinity groups, collaboration with Plus Company, and pro bono work; manage planning, analysis, governance, and documentation, while opining on best practices.
  • Manage internal EDI communications and support EDI-related social media content development.
  • Lead Global EDI Committee and support Regional EDI Committee Chairs.
  • Oversee the implementation of the annual fall EDI survey and support the data analysis to identify trends and gaps.
Client Responsibilities
  • Support client work related to EDI: peer comparison on EDI targets and KPIs, EDI training, and EDI communications.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in either an agency or corporate environment focused on EDI.
  • Expert knowledge of global EDI principles and a broad understanding of the unique needs of equity deserving groups.
  • Highly collaborative, ability to influence and inspire others, persuasive approach, thrives in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Enthusiastic about problem solving, solutions oriented, and comfortable driving small/medium sized projects.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and business relationship skills.
  • Willingness to actively contribute to a positive, and collaborative team culture.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in facilitating discussions and driving small/medium sized projects.
  • Working closely with stakeholders and sponsors on complex initiatives and demonstrated ability to resolve complex business problems in a collaborative way.
  • Experience creating and facilitating EDI training in agency or corporate environments.
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and are a true relationship builder - able to quickly gain trust and respect from colleagues and partners
  • High degree of agility and flexibility to multitask and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and be comfortable operating in the grey
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • High integrity that strives to always operate with a positive intent
  • Strong computer skills: Gmail, GSuite & familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini
