You will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to define requirements, support integration initiatives, and ensure CRM capabilities align with organizational goals. You will influence process improvements, enhance user experience, and guide delivery teams through the SDLC to support Vancity’s long-term growth and member impact.This is a Full-time, Temporary role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Senior Director, Product - IB and SWM. While this role provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands when needed.How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Participating in the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements and processes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand operational needs
  • Serving as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure alignment on CRM strategy and solutions
  • Managing and prioritizing CRM product backlogs and contributing to release planning
  • Partnering with technical teams to research, analyze, and resolve system and process issues
  • Locating, gathering, and evaluating information on potential solutions and best practices
  • Coordinating efforts to train and support operational teams in adopting CRM tools
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Supporting the ongoing portfolio management of CRM and related technology applications
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience focused on CRM systems and technical requirements
  • Experience serving as a liaison between business and IT development teams within enterprise environments
  • At least one full-cycle CRM implementation project as a Product Owner or Product Manager (D365 or Genesys preferred)
  • Experience participating in CRM integration initiatives between multiple platforms
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, change management, requirements gathering, and SDLC fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
