- Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Respond to customer requests, either directly or through the Producer, and submit information to appropriate insurance companies.
- Participate in account reviews, promote additional products and services, and provide value-added services to clients.
- Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partners.
- Market accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changes.
- Level 2 Alberta insurance license
- You have minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager at a brokerage
- You have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset
- Base salary between $65,000 – $85,000 depending on relevant experience + annual bonus
