- Managing the end-to-end execution of all marketing campaigns, including email building, selecting segmentation lists, testing, tagging, scheduling, and deployment.
- Overseeing and deploying crucial operational communications to ensure timely and effective messaging.
- Managing website content updates, which includes adding new merchants, maintaining our offer hub with the latest promotions, and fulfilling ad hoc content requests from various stakeholders.
- Conducting post-campaign analysis and meticulously tracking results to inform future marketing efforts.
- Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements related to our marketing activities.
- Assisting the Manager, Customer Engagement Strategy with fulfilling merchant collateral orders, ensuring our partners have the resources they need.
- Manage the Flexiti marketing budget and merchant marketing funds to ensure that campaigns are executed within budget.
- Conducting competitive monitoring to keep the team informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Handling various ad-hoc requests as needed, such as invoice submissions to support the smooth operation of the marketing team.
- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or engagement focused roles, ideally within financial services.
- Have proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.) and understanding of email best practices.
- Have a strong understanding of marketing campaign execution, from building and scheduling to deployment.
- Have proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret campaign results to inform future strategies. Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) is a plus.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Have solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

- Are adaptable and resourceful, comfortable navigating ad-hoc requests and a dynamic environment.
