- Suggest products and competitor equivalents to external sales, distributors, and contractors/users.
- Provide Level 1 technical support.
- Prepare quotations and assist with pricing according to established pricing guidelines.
- Share customer and market information with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Work with Customer Service to resolve order issues.
- Support and assist colleagues within the team.
- Perform other required tasks as needed.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. English is required to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
- 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Familiarity with low- and medium-voltage electrification products is an asset.
- Experience in a B2B company is an asset.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Strong sales and customer orientation.
- Ability to follow established procedures and methodologies while suggesting improvements.
