The Senior Information Security Specialist, PAM will work closely with other members of the squad as well as architects and tech leads of other technology areas in the design, implementation and operation of privileged access management solutions across canadalife specifically secret management for applications and cloud solutions. You will also participate in resolving Level 3, Privileged access requests as part of BAU activities.
- Participate in Design, implementation and operations of PAM features and capabilities
- Lead secret management consultations with various application support teams, engineers, architects and tech leads.
- Lead the enhancement of privileged account discovery and reporting for infrastructures including cloud and application credentials.
- Work with business lines to assess the privileges assigned to application and service accounts and provide guidance on how to secure and control the accounts in PAM.
- Work closely with application support teams to ensure least privileged access to Candalife information systems.
- Contribute to the improvement of Privileged access management solutions within Canadalife.
- Participate in meetings and training events with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others

- 5 years of experience in the administration of PAM solutions is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting CyberArk PASM, Conjur or any other related PAM solution.
- Good understanding of REST API, Oauth, JWT and experience in setting up applications to retrieve secrets from the vault will be vaulable
- Some experience in scripting will be an added advantage.
- A degree or equivalent education in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Business Computing, Engineering, or Commerce is required
- Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website
