- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, using Salesforce to manage contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Identify and develop new accounts within the assigned territory to support sustainable business growth
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including volumes, trends, and economic drivers
- Provide front-line technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Develop and execute annual business plans covering pricing, objectives, product mix, and receivables management
- Maintain a visible jobsite presence to support OH&S compliance, product quality, and delivery effectiveness
- College or Associate Degree required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Engineering, or Construction
- Five or more years of relevant sales or industry experience, preferably within a related product line
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a proven record of success
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, analysis, and territory management
- Valid Class G driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to customer sites and jobsites
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and business reporting tools, with SAP experience considered an asset
