- Processing employee changes, drafting and following up on employee change letters, and creating templates and mail merges for letter creation
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Pulling reports and summarizing employee data into insightful dashboards for the business units
- Consolidating and streamlining headcount reports
- Summarizing employee relations documentation and reports
- Following up with business leaders for information
- Creating PPT presentations for the HRBPs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrator or coordinator in an HR department
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills with the ability to thrive in complexity and bring clarity to chaos
- Strong communicator across all formats - clear, concise, thoughtful
- A forward-thinker who anticipates needs and plans several steps ahead
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented; takes initiative and find ways to continuously improve how things get done
- Comfortable with ambiguity, driven by purpose, and motivated to have a meaningful impact
- Experienced with Microsoft 365 including intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability and interest to adapt to new tools.
- Skilled ability to influence and foster an aligned, collaborative, high-energy environment, and work in partnership with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication capabilities and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable challenging the status quo with the ability to look at 'problems' from various perspectives to find an optimal path forward
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information to ensure compliance with privacy legislation and build trust
