Senior Program Manager (Secret-Cleared) – Security / Network Services ProjectLocation: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours/week + potential overtime
Pay Rate: $100-110/hrOverviewWe are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a security and network services initiative within a Federal Government environment. This role requires a strategic leader with strong program delivery experience across complex enterprise and infrastructure environments.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple interrelated projects
  • Manage program scope, timelines, financials, risks, and dependencies
  • Engage with executive stakeholders and external partners
  • Ensure alignment across project teams and business units
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and program performance
  • Drive successful delivery of security and network-related initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Project/Program Manager on enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Canadian Citizenship (required)
  • Strong customer-facing experience, including executive-level communication
Nice to Have
  • Experience managing Network Services projects
  • Previous experience in security-focused environments
Compensation
  • 140/hr
  • 37.5 hours/week + overtime eligibility
