- Own SEO and AEO strategy to drive 25%+ organic traffic growth and 95%+ SEO score
- Create high-quality, multi-media content that ranks, converts, and establishes thought leadership
- Build landing pages and website experiences that maximise conversion rates
- Ensure Showpass appears as the authoritative source in AI-generated search results
- Partner with sales to accelerate sales cycles and with client success to expand revenue
- Collaborate on account-based campaigns targeting high-value prospects
- Provide subject matter expertise to clients and prospects on audience growth strategies
- Own post-event and meeting follow-up strategies that keep opportunities moving
- Support sales enablement with assets, decks, and sequences that accelerate the sales cycle
- Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and sales alignment
- Manage Salesforce, Dotdigital, Google Analytics and assess new platforms and AI workflows
- Build real-time dashboards that provide visibility into funnel health and revenue impact
- Implement multi-touch attribution models that track marketing's pipeline contribution
- Leverage AI to automate reporting, generate insights, and create operational efficiencies
- Ensure data quality and proper attribution across all systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years in B2B demand generation (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Proven track record generating qualified pipeline and managing paid media budgets
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills across multiple formats
- AI fluency: Proven experience using AI to scale demand generation with specific examples
- Technical proficiency in:
- Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Marketing automation platforms (Dotdigital, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Experience with multi-touch attribution models and marketing analytics
- Strong project management skills managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bold but strategic mindset with wild ideas backed by smart testing
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
- Marketing certifications (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Event tech or live events industry experience
- Understanding of AEO (AI Engine Optimisation)
- Design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- You've attended or organized live events
