- Lead multiple lean teams of experts including an architect, direct senior developers as well as another manager and team of developers.
- Guide and drive a team of developers to become the NA spearhead of our R&D organization while collaborating daily with our other Center of Excellent around the world, you won’t be alone!
- Work in an Agile environment (SAFE) with processes covered by and simplified by OT toolset such as ValueEdge, but also using the very IT product we’re delivering internally!
- Directly interact with key accounts representatives to facilitate new projects, opportunities or critical situations support our Field teams when necessary.
- Maintain healthy partnerships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, fostering inclusivity and clear communication through platforms like Microsoft Teams.
- Establish goals aligned with business objectives, set clear expectations for success, and use performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
- Identify and resolve misalignments with peer and dependent teams, utilizing risk mitigation strategies and maintaining an influential managerial presence to guide teams effectively.
- Extensive managerial experience leading multiple scrum teams, with second-level management experience being a plus.
- Strong background in development (C++/Java) and proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in SaaS deployment, operations, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, SaaS, PaaS).
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to navigate and understand different levels of abstractions from low level technical discussion to domain knowledge and strategic or organizational challenges depending on the context and audience!
- Demonstrate composure, organizational skills, and strong leadership abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Possess a sense of humor and adaptability, bringing a unique and light-hearted approach to challenges.
- ITIL certification or/and ITOM domain knowledge is a plus
