- Ensure alignment with Credit Approval
- Review Closing Requests from FO/MO for consistency with executed loan structure
- Ensure modeling is within credit approval parameters or less risky
- Control Data Quality of Authorizations to enable accurate monitoring of Client exposure
- Trigger anomalies related to over-limits, unauthorized products/borrowers, and transactions past maturity dates
- Record maintenance including Renewals, Increases, Decreases, Refinancing, Extensions, and Annual reviews
- Investigate anomalies from modeling of signed documentation structure

- Legal Documentation
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, preferably in commercial credit operations, commercial documentation, commercial back office or commercial middle office.
- Experience with credit approval processes and loan documentation
- Accuracy and precision in data entry and verification
- Documentation review capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and French required (You will need to service Anglophone clients and work with Anglophone colleagues)
