- Develop and execute a territory plan focused on growing channel sales through targeted partner acquisition and development.
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with reseller, referral, and ISV partners to boost Prophix’s presence in your assigned region.
- Align partner business strategies with Prophix’s overall North American strategy and collaborate on go-to-market plans.
- Support partners throughout sales cycles with your direct sales colleagues, leveraging your partner’s expertise to increase win rates & speed up cycle time.
- Present and communicate Prophix’s business benefits and value proposition to partners and their clients.
- Coordinate with Prophix’s Field Marketing team on partner campaigns, including lead generation, partner sales education, and marketing activities.
- Act as the key liaison between Prophix and partners, representing both interests across internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Support).
- Monitor partner performance, ensuring they meet program and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance.
- Proven experience in channel/partner sales with SaaS, CPM, ERP, or BI technology companies or relevant business experience in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing complex partner alliance relationships with strategic partners.
- Strong track record of territory development and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with consultative selling approaches, navigating complex organizational structures, and influencing decision-makers across multiple levels.
- A strategic mindset with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a drive to meet and exceed objectives.
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience in channel/partner sales or a similar business environment, ideally within SaaS, CPM, ERP, or BI technology companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
- Understanding of financial and accounting concepts is a plus, especially in the context of financial software sales.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com.
