  • Lead the concept, design, and execution of visually impactful advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, ensuring a cohesive blend of visuals and text.
  • Supervise and direct the creative work of designers, photographers and illustrators
  • Adapt and tailor campaign visuals to resonate with both French and English-speaking markets, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
  • Oversee the production of creative materials from conception to final delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Present concepts and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating creative and visual strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency (but if you've got the chops, we're still interested no matter your number).
  • A bilingual candidate (French and English) is ideal, but not essential.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your art direction experience and creative talent across various media.
  • Proficiency with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Skills in editing and motion design considered an asset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with sharp attention to detail.
