- Prospect potential customers and win new customers to achieve the sales target.
- Follow existing customers and increase our business with them.
- Areas: East Canada.
- Prepare quotations and carry-on commercial negotiations with customers.
- Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Sales Assistant, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, customer service…).
- Lead customer communication and problem solving in coordination with other departments.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, business trips to visit and meet customers.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
- Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements, and business opportunities.
- Use, update, and record all developments with prospects and customers on the CRM.
- 10 years experience in the Electromechanical field (Metal parts, PCBA, batteries, power supplies display, keypad)
- English mandatory (French is a plus)
