For more information, visit .Job SummaryWe're seeking an Excel expert to join our team and take ownership of our customer pricing agreements. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining accurate records, resolving disputes, and ensuring our pricing data stays current across all systems. If you love working with data and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.Key ResponsibilitiesPricing Agreement Management:
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Care teams on pricing agreements
- Process, analyze, and track all pricing approvals
- Maintain and update our pricing agreement database
- Enter pricing agreements into ERP system (BPCS)
- Follow up on agreements and ensure timely renewals
- Create sales analysis reports and data visualizations for the Sales Department
- Generate daily and monthly reports using QlikView
- Prepare bi-monthly purchase agreement expiry reports
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed
- Resolve pricing disputes with internal and external customers
- Support Customer Care team with pricing-related inquiries
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Keep ERP system up-to-date for every customer
- Ensure all pricing agreements are properly processed, reviewed, and documented
- Handle administrative tasks and order entry as required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (this is essential)
- Experience with ERP systems (BPCS experience preferred)
- QlikView knowledge
- Salesforce familiarity
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities
- 2-5 years in administration or order entry (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience
- Proven track record working with large datasets
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
