- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, or Compensation in a fast-paced GTM environment.
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated experience owning compensation cycles and incentive program governance at scale.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders through data, analysis, and strategic insight.
- Strong background in planning, reporting, and KPI tracking with a deep understanding of GTM performance levers.
- Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms; experience with commissions software is a plus.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You don't just execute-you ask why, measure impact, and influence future design.
- Clear Communicator & Trusted Partner: You build relationships across departments and communicate complex insights in clear, actionable terms.
